Sri Krishna Janmashtami, is the grandest celebration of the year, celebrating the appearance (janma) of Lord Sri Krishna. Save the date, August 19th from 4:00 PM till midnight. A festival not to be missed!
EVENING HIGHLIGHTS Aratika (light offering) to the most gorgeously dressed Sri Sri Radha Golokananda, grand abhishek (worship) ceremony, swinging Radha Krishna (Jhulana Yatra), 8-hour of live kirtans and bhajans, variety of children games & activities, dahi handi (yogurt pot breaking), dance and drama cultural programs, Radha Krishna boat festival, special midnight aratika, evening and midnight prasadam and delicious prasadam stalls.

7:30 a.m. – Midnight / Darshan of Sri Sri Radha Golokananda with special Midnight Aratika
4:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. / 8-Hour Live Kirtans & Bhajans Chanting the Holy Names of Krishna
5:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. / Cultural Programs Attractive dance & drama performances
7:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. / Radha Krishna Boat Festival
8:00 p.m. / Dahi Handi Commemorating Lord Krishna by breaking butter pots
7:30 p.m. & 12:30 a.m. / Maha Prasadam Feast The opulent delicious feast will be served free to everyone.
9:00 p.m. / Grand Abhishek Ceremony Radha Krishna will be bathed with various auspicious ingredients like milk, yogurt, and honey.
