Nityananda Trayodashi is the appearane of Sri Nityananda Prabhu. Lord Nityananda is Lord Balarama, the eternal associate of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu, the Supreme Personality of Godhead. “heno nitai bine bhai, radha krishna paite nai” – Unless one takes shelter under the shade of the lotus feet of Lord Nityananda, it will be very difficult for one to approach Sri Sri Radha-Krsna.
